Gail contacted me several months ago to enquire about an engagement shoot. I wasn’t going to be in Jhb for a while, and therefore couldn’t do it immediately. Even though I informed her that she would have to wait a relatively long time for the shoot, she still went and booked me. This made me feel very flattered that Gail was willing to wait when there are so many photographers in Jhb. Thank you Gail 
We started the shoot in Newtown, and then moved over to Melrose Arch. Even though I have shot in Newtown before, every time I am there, I am blown away by what an awesome location this is to shoot. Gail and Lyle made perfect models, and were such fun to work with!
If you’re wandering what is happening here; the ring is on the ground (dark paving blocks). The blocks are wet from the rain, and the red colour is the reflection of traffic lights.
