These two are so sweet……so in love. Geoff popped the question on the new wheel thingamajig at the waterfront, so it was only apt that we did a few shots there. I really enjoyed doing this shoot. When Geoff suggested doing so many locations I was worried that the shoot wouldn’t “flow”. On the contrary; it seemed to flow so easily, and wasn’t any effort at all.

Donna and Kurt were a joy to photograph – they met on a modelling shoot for Mr Price! It was the first time I’ve shot at Kommetjie beach and I loved it – a little bit of the Wild Coast in Cape Town! Such an amazing backdrop for a couple shoot and these are some of my favourite shots.

I really loved this engagement shoot for Mia and Michael. We shot it in Newtown Joburg and I love the juxtaposition of a couple in love with the urban surroundings. Mia has got such an effortless sense of style and they’re a very happy and fun couple which really shines through in these photos.

I really loved photographing Anke and Theuns – they were so in love which made it a real pleasure to capture. You couldn’t tell but we shot all the photographs on the side of the road near Worcester – and we had to scramble over a barbed wire fence with props and a bubble machine!

Marle and Jeanre are such a lovely couple – we clicked as soon as we met and they’re very natural in front of the camera. I’m shooting their wedding in November in Tulbagh – which has a pink and green theme – so we used this engagement shoot on the beach to get the perfect image for their save the date.
