Agh, these two are so cute! They are just besotted with each other. James is form the west coast so they decided to get married at the Sea Trader in Brittania Bay. I love this venue as it really has a “west coast vide”. Mariette from Vars Liefde ensured that the “fresh” theme was carried throughout. White and green was the order of the day, and I must say that it really suits Helene’s classic, elegant style. Helene’s dress is so beautiful!

It was quite a chilly day on the day of the wedding and when we were shooting the couple shoot, I could actually see Helene’s lips turn a shade of purple. They were both super sports and in the end we managed to get some super shots of the dark ominious sky!

When I started photography my passion lay with fashion photography. It has been a few years since I have done any fashion photography, and so recently I decided that I would like to combine my love of wedding photography with fashion photography. I emailed a few people, and organised a shoot with some amazingly creative people.

There are quite a few people to thank. Some INCREDIBLY talented individuals that all came together in the spirit of being creative. One of the things I miss about fashion photography is the amount of teamwork that is involved.
