The CowShed is my new venue crush. I was so excited when Kate and Jan booked me for their wedding as I have always wanted to shoot there. What a cool venue?! Nothing says ‘proudly South African’ like a plaashuis and shed! Set between Lydenburg and Dullstroom in the Badfontein Valley, this is a gem of a venue!

Kate chose lovely, soft romantic details for the wedding. I loved the roses accompanied by the gorgeous fairy lights at the venue. what a terrific atmosphere for a wedding! I was absolutely in my element with the soft, creamy light whilst we were doing the couple shoot.
